Right in the heart of Estérel, 15 minutes from the sea and the magnificent beaches of Théoule Sur Mer, 10 minutes from Mandelieu La Napoule and Saint Cassien Lake, 20 minutes from Cannes or Fréjus, 40 minutes from the airport Nice, in a quiet green secure domain, detached villa on very large land at the edge of the forest, with panoramic views of the Estérel mountains, on one level, facing South and West not overlooked. Living room with American kitchen 45 m², 3 bedrooms, above ground pool.
