This beautiful condo that was renovated in 2023 sleeps up to 11 people and is walking distance (5min) to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast! Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico water and white sand beaches are among the most beautiful beaches in the United States. The is the perfect location for two families with 2 master suites, each luxuriously appointed with King sized beds, plus 2 bunkrooms. This has also been enjoyed by many friend groups for a weekend away. Main floor bunkhouse (sleeps 4) has a full en suite bathroom. Cozy bunkroom upstairs sleeps 2 in twin over twin bunk bed. The main floor screened in balcony has a table with seating for 6 and a double hammock, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool. The private second floor balcony is accessible from the master suite and has 2 chaise loungers plus a double hammock to ensure you can enjoy those warm days and peaceful evenings. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the balconies and offer additional living space on your vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig, traditional coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee grinder, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, wine glasses, champagne glasses, plasticware for children and even storage containers for your leftovers. If it's rainy outside, there are board games, cards and books for you to enjoy as you relax and unwind. Cable TV and WiFi included, 3 flatscreen HD TVs (2 of which have a Firestick). 5 pools on the property; one of which is heated (Tennis Village pool from Oct-May). There are newly resurfaced basketball courts, tennis courts and pickleball courts onsite as well as bicycle rentals from La Dolce Vita. The Whale's Tail beach bar is a short walk away for a drink or a meal. The north side of the property has 2 Birds coffee shop, Acme Oyster, Mezcal Mexican restaurant, ice cream shop, Village Pub, liquor store, laser tag arcade and more. Nearby restaurants and putt putt golf as well as Big Kahuna's water park. This is the place! Bring the whole family or book a couple's getaway! Either way, book now! Best place for a family with kids. Master is isolated from all the kids!! Owners were very helpful. We will be back for sure.

Not what I imagined.

There were stains on the mattress when we stripped the beds after our stay. There was mold in the refrigerator, bathtubs, and on the walls. The dryer was also stained. Couldn’t work the hallway lights.

Outstanding

This property was immaculate. Amid COVID increasing once again, I was very nervous. However, when I walked into the property and seen how clean it was, all my worries went away. My son, who is 2, takes some time to get comfortable anywhere he goes, but this townhome made him feel right at home immediately. He was playing with the toys available there, and everyone loved the patio. Not to mention how close it is to the beach 😃 so exciting. I will be booking again when we return to Destin.

Great Location!

The property was large enough to accommodate our family. Lots of beds and baths, plus 2 balconys. We liked being able to walk across the street to the beach and around the corner was a coffee shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

Spring break getaway

A perfect getaway for a group of great friends. The condo was spacious and beautifully put together and easily accommodated everyone. Great location. Cassie was a wonderful and conscientious hostess. Before our stay she communicated clear instructions for check in, upon arrival we had a lovely welcome basket and during our stay she checked in to see if we needed anything or had any problems. Overall experience excellent, we will definitely be back!

We are Colorado natives and enjoy our Rocky Mountains but Florida is our home-away-from-home. We purchased this condo in Miramar Beach, FL because I visited here often as a child with family and have always loved it. The Emerald Coast, with it's sugar-white sand and clear aqua water from the Gulf of Mexico draws us back time and time again. The first time I saw the sand I thought it looked like snow. We have another vacation rental home in Grand Lake, CO, which is another place we like to spend our time together when we aren't relaxing at the beach! We hope you will love this area and home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Bring the whole family! This condo has it all. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy their beach vacation. A short walk to the beach (5 min) or any of the 5 pools offered onsite. Lots to do with onsite golf, basketball courts, tennis courts, bicycle rental, restaurants and laser tag arcade. This is a gated community and our family enjoys the security of being able to come back and forth from the condo to the beach without having to be concerned about it being a long distance. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. So convenient for groups traveling with people of different ages, etc. Not everyone has to do the same thing at the same time. Quiet and beautiful complex.

What makes this property unique

Fully stocked kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee maker. We always hear how well people sleep when they stay here. Recently was told the master bed felt like "sleeping on a cloud". Access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more available upon request (additional deposit required). Recently added a study space perfect for working from "home" or "Home" schooling while you're on vacation! Why not teach at the beach?!?! We want your stay to be enjoyable so please let us know if we can do anything to make you more comfortable. After your stay please fill out the guest book or leave a review for us online.
