In a green exceptional villa without any opposite for lovers of calm and scenery in the village of Adrets Estérel renowned for its unspoilt environment.
At the same time close to the beaches of Mandelieu (15 minutes), Cannes and Saint Raphael but also of the Saint Cassien lake (5 minutes) and the country of Fayence.
Elegant villa on a property of 3000 m2 facing south with swimming pool (10m x 5m) tastefully furnished in neo provensal style.
In the rez of putting on, big kitchen, stay of 40 m2 in L, parental suite with room of bath,
WC and large L-shaped terrace under the arches of the house.
On the floor, 2 rooms having each their room of water with shower, a TOILET and big solarium.
No smoking and animals strictly prohibited.
For safety reasons, children who do not know how to swim are not accepted.
The villa must be returned in an irreproachable state
