Your Southwest Florida getaway awaits you in this beautiful recently renovated mobile home. It offers two bedrooms and one full bath with a fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable living room. Located on a deep water canal with direct access to the gulf, the property includes a dock with a fish cleaning station and small, private sandy beach area. The small island of Goodland, which sits on the edge of the Everglades is a hidden gem, frozen in time with it's fishing village charm. For your safety, exterior surveillance cameras are in use. Easy self check in with combination lock box.

Rental was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and conveniently located. Hosts were very cordial and responded to any questions we had. Neighborhood was generally quiet except when outdoor bands play at Stan’s. Very nice rental.

We really enjoyed walking to Little Bar, Stan’s , Crabby Lady and the bazaar. I enjoyed a morning run into Marco Island. Great place to getaway!

A True Gem

Fell in love with the Goodland community last year and wanted to stay there this year. Found this place on VRBO and booked it. The place is a true gem. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again!

Clean and convenient to shelling trip!

This property was clean and inviting. perfect for 3-4 people. Very close to the Goodland Boat Dock if you want to go shelling with companies that leave from there. Also close to Marco Island dining and shopping.

If you’re looking for a charming, clean, well appointed stay in relaxing Goodland, then this is the place. This also includes a nice boat slip. Bob and Edwina are gracious hosts and I highly recommend this property.

A bit of Goodland

The property is in walking distance to the local restaurants and the local boat launch was very close. It was great to have the boat outside the back door so we could take off on our island ventures around. We would stay again.

lovely little place

The owners were quick to respond. The dock, fish cleaning station and waterway were very usable and well kept. The home has very comfortable beds, sitting areas and treated water. Easy canal access. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Why they chose this property

While travelling on vacation in southwest Florida, we stopped in on this little island of Goodland. We were not looking to purchase a property but knew, instantly, that this place was special. This laid back little fishing village is still preserved as such, with very little major development, as much of the state has experienced. Our mobile home is recently restored, clean and comfortable. It sits on a deep water canal with a boat dock and direct access to the Gulf. Stan's, The Little Bar, Paradise Found and The Crabby Lady are all within walking distance. We know that you'll love our island as much as we do.
