A haven of peace on the outskirts of Montpellier, Le Clos Saint Georges welcomes you between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes in the heart of a 2-hectare property just 9 km from the Place de la Comédie.
In an old vineyard house of 550 m² with large pool we offer you to stay in one of our 2 fully renovated and air-conditioned apartments, 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people each

In the common part you will have access to a very big swimming pool of 15 x 7,5 meters, a big terrace of 150 m ² with Weber tables and barbecue, table of ping-pong as well as small spaces scattered in the property for an aperitif , a meal or just a moment reading

We ourselves are staying in one part of the building and will be there to welcome you and remain available to provide you with the maximum information to make your stay enjoyable.

We offer you the possibility to do your shopping and on arrival the refrigerator and cupboards will be full so you avoid the chore of shopping.
To do so, go to the Carrefour Saint Clément de rivière drive site, book a slot from 8.30am on Fridays and at the latest 10.30am on the Saturday morning of your arrival, place and settle your order, give us your order number and we will take care of the recovery and install it in your apartment.
(Be careful to place your order a few days in advance to be able to have a slot on Saturday morning)

We are passionate about beautiful mechanics we welcome bikers and lovers of old vehicles

We put at your disposal a compressor, a pressure washer, as well as various tools including metric and American pitch.

All this is also made available to our cycling friends.

You will be able to pamper your vehicles to your ballad returns

To note :

Possibility to rent the two apartments in the same property to allow a reception of 8 people

We do not welcome 4-legged friends because we have cats.

We do not accommodate children under 12 years old, because the property is not suitable for children, but also to preserve the tranquility of our guests.

The apartments are non-smoking as well as some of the property (fire risk).
We do not allow parties and noise

Bus 300 meters from the house (line 24 - stop Les Genêts) to join two stops further Tram (line 1 - stop Euromedecine) which will drop you Place Comedy
30 minutes by tram and bus from the train station
Airport 30 minutes by car.
