Villa Bergerie charming private pool 15 minutes from Porto Vecchio

Magnificent sheepfold of 80m2 new, charming services on the heights of the village of Sotta. Private swimming pool 8mX3m with alarm, heated in off-season. Several terraces and living spaces. Summer kitchen with stone barbecue under pergola, pergola on the swimming pool side, pétanque court. Charming location, calm and serenity amidst olive and juniper trees, 15 minutes from Porto Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches (Santa Giulia and Palombaggia). Sotta shops 2 km away (minimarket, cold meats, post office)
The sheepfold is located on a plot of 1000m2, enclosed by stone walls, surrounded by nature in a small hamlet of sheepfolds. It is built with beautiful materials, stones, oak, tiles and ipe.

3 terraces to welcome you throughout the day: 1 by the pool with arbor 1 terrace with views of the surrounding hills and 1 summer kitchen terrace with stone barbecue - lounge and dining table under pergola.
The private swimming pool, 8mX3m and 1.50m deep, is located due south in front of the house. It is salt water and has an alarm and is heated in the off-season depending on weather conditions. A pétanque court overlooks the swimming pool for your early evening!

The sheepfold is composed of a main room with fitted kitchen (fridge, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, toaster and NESPRESSO coffee maker), an adult bedroom (160 cm bed) with a shower room and WC, a second adult bedroom (160 bed), a third bedroom with bunk beds and single bed (90) - a bathroom with WC between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 - 1 pantry with washing machine

Other equipment: 2 hair dryers. Each room has reversible air conditioning.
A dream location near the most beautiful beaches, the lively coast while enjoying the calm and beauty of Corsican nature.

Very nice house

Very nice house with a beautiful garden and a large pool. Perfect for a family with 2-4 kids. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated.

Holiday Perfection

I couldn’t have dreamt of a better stay for my trip in Corsica. The house was as charming as it was comfortable (and quiet) and the location was perfect for exploring Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, and all the best beaches and towns in Corse-du-Sud. After a long day, there was nothing more relaxing than sitting poolside with a glass of wine. What’s more, Karen was beyond friendly and helpful with any questions or local recommendations. Can’t wait to return!

Traumhaus in guter Lage

Großzügiges schönes Haus, für Familien mit Kinder sehr geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unser 4-jähiger Sohn hat im Salzwasserpool Schwimmen gelernt.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus….

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und stilvolll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen.

Top huis.

We verbleven 2 weken in dit heel fijne huis. Het is heel gezellig en ligt op een uniek rustige plek midden in de natuur. Omdat er een aantal huizen omheen liggen voelt het niet 'te afgelegen'. Het dorpje Sotta ligt op 10 minuten rijden. In Sotta heb je o.a. een bakker, kleine supermarkt en een heel goed restaurant. Het zwembad van het huisje is heerlijk en wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt. Er is een buiten bbq met een fijne eettafel onder een afdak. Wij waren voor de eerste keer op Corsica en mede door het fijne huis zijn we fan van het eiland geworden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce paradis ! La maison est propice à des moments partagés en famille mais aussi au calme et au repos grâce à tous les espaces aménagés. Ce gîte est très agréable au milieu du maquis corse et face à la montagne , un dépaysement de caractère qui contraste avec les plages turquoises environnantes quelque peu surchargées pour un mois de juin.. l'accueil est parfait assuré par une professionnelle en la personne de Karen. seul point négatif le manque de sentiers autour du domaine pour se promener et le manque de respect des consignes de "civilités " de certains gîtes. sinon excellent séjour. f.Guézou

Auszeit in der Macchia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr cosy gelegenen Haus in der Nähe von Sotta. Das verfügt über eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ist umgeben von einer schönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Nicht ganz passend fanden wir die das Aufstellen von Familienbildern im Haus, was unserem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch tat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Phantastische Auszeit / une échappée belle

Wir sind als Familie für eine Woche in den malerisch gelegenen Ort gekommen und waren überaus begeistert von dem geschmackvoll, hochwertig und charmant eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Von hier aus konnten wir perfekt die Gegend erkunden, um anschließend wieder die Ruhe in der Natur und dem schönen Korkeichenhain zu genießen. Besonders für die Kinder spannende Erkundungsgänge und Joggingstrecken sind ebenso möglich wie Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den phantastischen Stränden und Städten Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio in der Nähe. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nah gelegen. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen und werden sicher selber auch noch einmal an diesen wunderschönen Ort kommen. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir hier Gäste sein durften!

UNE VILLA AU TOP DANS UN ENVIRONNEMENT INCROYABLE !

Une villa magnifique, très bien décorée, fonctionnelle et tout équipée : tout le confort pour passer des vacances parfaites et relaxantes ! Le site dans lequel s'inscrit la villa est extraordinaire : vue sur les montagnes et le maquis ! Nous étions 2 familles avec de jeunes enfants et la villa était parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe. Le guide de la villa + les guides d'activités locales + les annotations personnalisées des propriétaires étaient très appréciables pour organiser notre emploi du temps, tout comme les conseils avisés de Karen lors de notre arrivée et de son chaleureux accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa ! Merci et à bientôt !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine. La maison est agréable, calme, très propre et confortable ... et proche des plages. Accueil très chaleureux de karen. Nous la recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
