Excellently appointed home in quiet gated community. Easy walk to shopping, cafes, yoga. Quick drug to beaches. Loved it!

Fantastic Experience

My husband and I have been visiting Kauai in the winter for the last 17 years. We have never had a better experience than we did is this beautiful townhome. Recently renovated, well appointed, very clean, and a gorgeous location with a view to the ocean from the lanai. Comfortable beds, good knives (a pet peeve of mine), nice bedding, and higher end furnishings. Looks and feels more like a private home than a vacation rental. Communication with the owners was swift and easy. Now that we have experience this townhome, we won’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to going back next year.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for the month of January. This was our second time at this condo. Needless to say we love it! It’s beautiful, clean, gorgeous view off the back lanai, and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated, friendly neighborhood, and has easy access to golf, walking, hiking, kayaking, etc. We can’t wait to go back. Mahalo to Mike and Elizabeth for letting us stay.

Gorgeous Home overlooking Golf Course

We've stayed in Princeville for 8 summers (usually 1 month in Plantation) and this was our first time at Villas at The Prince. This 2 story condo is spacious and has the most beautiful interior of any condo we've seen on the island. The design, furniture, appliances, fixtures and garage items were selected with great care. And the owners were very accomodating. 300 yd walk to the Princeville shopping center and Farmers Market. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Well stocked and perfect location. We so appreciated all the owner did with clear communication, accommodating us, and everything in between. Can’t wait to come back!!!
