What an amazing property. The location is perfect to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Breath taking views, quiet location and pristine property. The unit has everything we could need including beach chairs and cooler.

This unit at Emmalani Ct was spacious, clean and very nice. The views of the green golf course and the ocean were refreshing, and the nearby views of the sunsets were beautiful! We especially enjoyed the location close to some amazing Kauai beaches!

This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. Kitchen fully equipped and bath rooms also had soap and shampoo products. It was very clean. It also had everything we would need for a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Princeville

This place was perfect. After a long day of adventuring this place was perfect. I threw in a load of laundry every night. Beds were comfy. We had everything we needed. It was nice that they had beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for us to use.

Perfect Vacation Home

If we were to imagine our dream vacation home, this was it! The home was beautifully appointed, clean, calm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay. Big comfrtable beds. Big showers . Short walk to a phenomenal view of the sunset on the edge of island . Pool was small but never considered using . Hideaway beach is a 5 minute walk away. Do Not Miss.

A perfect vacation home.

Very well laid out. Two masters at opposite ends of the house. Ocean view, sunset every night (200 yards to the lookout point). Close to all great beaches, great AC if needed, we had a wonderful time and really can't think of anything else to say. Very clean.

The condo was great! The location was just a minute walk to amazing sunsets over the ocean. The condo was updated, clean and had everything needed and more. The process was simple and easy. We even asked about a slow cooker and one was purchased new for us. Great experience! Thank you.

Our Favorite Princeville Condo

This was our second time staying at this resident because we love the condo so much. It was recently renovated in the last 2 years and it’s absolutely beautiful. I stayed here with my wife and three kids and it was plenty big enough for everyone. Very spacious kitchen, open concept, and the bathrooms are beautiful. The condo comes with air conditioning and a lot of fans. Very comfortable and we feel like this is our second home. I would highly recommend this rental to all renters.

There should be a 6 star option!

This property BEYOND exceeded our expectations. The photos and description are 100% accurate, however, do not do the actual property justice (I mean that in the best way possible!). From check-in to check-out, this process was absolutely seamless. The condo was meticulously cleaned and cared for in preparation for our stay. The kitchen was more well equipped than my kitchen at home! Waking up every morning to the gorgeous sunrise over the golf course will be a glorious memory for years to come (or until my next visit lol!). Every morning I would enjoy my coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise. Then I'd walk to the ocean look-out point...literally a 5 minute walk from the condo. Princeville itself feels like living in a beautiful vibrant painting; amenities are very close by including Foodland, Akamu Wellness, beautiful shops and restaurants. My Mom and I were so sad to leave but are grateful for the wonderful experience and memories. I'd give this property a 6-star rating if it was an option ;)

Overall great condo, slow wi-fi

Overall would stay again and recommend as long as I don't have to bring the work laptop next time! Pros + Great Princeville condo on golf course with stellar views, lovely grounds to walk + Extremely convenient self check-in / check-out with lockbox + Well kept condo, mostly clean + Well stocked household items e.g., shampoo, detergent, towels, pans, plates, pantry items, and beach supplies Cons - Condo was mostly clean, except -- washing machine had a funky smell that also made our clothes/towels smell; however, we were able to clean it out. Air filters were extremely dusty but we were also able to clean - Wi-Fi slow, especially does not work well for video meetings (typically not surprising but my sister stayed in another condo in the same complex and had very high-speed) - Ground unit, stomping upstairs visitors may be unpleasant but we were out most of the days

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo might work for desperate person with no expectations. However, we expected a decent place to vacation. One of the air conditioners did not work. Owner knew and did not care to fix it.. Bedroom air conditioner poured water out onto bed. Bed was wet through mattress. Appeared that duct tape had been used to attempt a cheap fix but it did not work. Other bedroom appeared that housekeeping had not cleaned the sheets. Various lamps and overhead light bulbs did not work. Cabinets were old and falling apart. We never complain and there was a very good ending to our stay. We left tis dump and found a beautiful 3 bedroom spotless home for only $20 more per night!!

Dear Jim, I am sorry this condo was so disappointing to your mother. We have had no negative feedback prior to her stay, in fact people have left great reviews. We have serviced the AC unit and it's working. I made an exception and refunded the remainder of nights she did not stay, even with threats of leaving a horrible review. Aloha!
