This was one of the most wonderful overnight stays ever! Easy to: find, close to airport, quiet, many creature comforts and extra. I will attempt to stay at this home every time I’m needing housing in the Eugene area. Thank you Diana!

Greetings,

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm a proud native Oregonian with deep roots in this beautiful state. My journey through life has been enriched by my two incredible children, who have now blossomed into young adults, and the joyous presence of my four charming grandsons, aged 14,5, 3 and 2 years.

Professionally, I've dedicated 24 rewarding years of my life to working within the school district, focusing on providing support to students with special needs. This role has not only been a job but a true passion that I wholeheartedly embrace and love.

Outside of work, my life is colored by the wonderful tapestry of friendships and the warm embrace of a large, loving family. Each year, we come together for our eagerly anticipated family reunions, where our adventures span from the heights of zip-lining and the serenity of hiking in Montana to the thrills of boating and the rush of white water rafting. Here in our beloved Oregon, we savor the pleasures of water sports, creating memories that last a lifetime.

In essence, my life is a testament to the beauty of Oregon, the warmth of family, and the fulfillment found in meaningful work and exciting adventures.

Warm regards,
Dianna

Why they chose this property

The decision to choose this property was a combination of serendipity and thoughtful consideration. Nestled on the border between county and city, it offers the best of both worlds, with a dash of humor in the form of city taxes. What began as five years of living in this house before purchasing it evolved into a deep love for the neighborhood and its welcoming residents. From the very start, the neighbors made me feel at home, and that sense of belonging has persisted for a decade now.

The enduring beauty of the neighborhood, which remains as captivating as the day I first laid eyes on it, is a testament to my choice. The spacious backyard, a cherished haven, provides my grandkids with a safe and joyful playground for running through sprinklers, splashing in the pool, and engaging in outdoor games. And let's not forget the added bonus of a secure dead-end street, perfect for your grandkids to explore on their bikes.

My home truly reflects the love, warmth, and wonderful memories that come with it, making it a place where family bonds are strengthened and cherished.

Warm regards,
Dianna

What makes this property unique

It's clear that my home is not just a house but a place filled with love, thoughtful decisions, and cherished family moments. Choosing this property as a place to raise my grandson on a quiet, private street with a spacious backyard of half an acre was undoubtedly a wonderful choice. The tranquility of my surroundings and the sense of space with no immediate neighbors encroaching provide an ideal environment for both relaxation and play.

The private entrance to the room is a thoughtful touch, offering my guests the convenience and privacy they would find in their own homes. Furthermore, the carport ensures that my guests remain sheltered from the elements, enhancing their overall comfort during their stay.

My dedication to updating the room to make it a welcoming and comfortable haven for my guests speaks about my hospitality. I take great pride in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows my visitors to feel truly at home.

My place is where cherished memories are made and where guests are sure to feel welcomed and appreciated.

Warm regards,
Dianna
