The suite was cozy and immaculate with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The kitchenette was stocked with an assortment of coffee and teas, honey, sugars as well as some fresh fruit and snacks. The yard and patio are just beautiful and very serene. We met our hosts and they couldn’t be nicer or more genuine about making their guests feel comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This was really quaint and clean. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. There were a lot of welcoming details. We loved the spa. We would definitely book again.

This is a relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood in West Eugene. The owners are very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. I recommend this property highly.

Perfect!

The perfect little spot! Everything was very clean and lovely and just the right size for a two person getaway. the hosts were gracious and gave us lots of privacy and had great communication! Relaxing in the hot tub and lounging on the patio was such a nice treat after running around all day! Highly recommend staying here if you want a sweet little place to stay while exploring the area.

Very Positive Experience

This place allowed us two nights of lodging during the World Championship Oregon 22 events. Greg and Janie where accommodating in so many ways during our short stay. The efficiency unit was small but well laid out, clean, pleasantly furnished and with a very pleasant outdoor area. I would highly recommend.

Hidden gem

Such a great space! As advertised but way better. Very clean, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere. Close to everything we needed to get to, the hosts are kind, thoughtful, and communicative, the space was very well designed and perfect for our needs. As another reviewer mentioned, the space is in the back of the main house and there's a lovely gravel pathway with beautiful landscaping... but you will need to carry your suitcase if it's on rollers. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed a place in the Eugene/ junction city area. Thank you, Greg and Janie, for making such a great "home" away from home for us.

The bed was extremely comfortable, other furnishings were nice. The shower is small (I’m 5’11” 240 pounds and it was fine for me but larger framed people might have an issue. That said, the towels, sheets, bedding etc were all great. There is a mini fridge (no freezer) which hosts stock with water and they also put out several snack options. Room also has a coffee maker, toaster, fold out desk and office chair, large smart tv with all major apps, and AC unit that worked great and was easy to control. Communication, check in, access was easy and convenient and hosts were very nice. It was a cheaper option than any hotels in town and I would 100% stay there again when in Eugene. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway and access is around the side of the main house.

Exactly what we hoped for

It is in a beautiful backyard guest house. It was clean, well maintained and the hosts had thought of everything. They provided instructions and were quick to answer questions. The mattress was really comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. It felt safe to come and go in the evening. We checked in after a late flight and had no problems at all.

Perfect little gem

The place was clean, quiet, and well-decorated, but what really set it apart was the personal touches - snack basket, freshly baked banana muffins, bathrobe and slippers, and attention to detail in every area. Jacuzzi was also great. Communication with owner was quick and pleasant. One of the best stays I've ever had.

Just what I needed!

I was recently in Eugene, Oregon for a business trip and wanted to get a place that was close to where my meetings were going to be held. It was an expedited training that normally takes 14 days condensed down to seven. This meant 12 to 14 hour days. I had no time to go to the grocery store. Do any shopping or anything else. These hosts were so accommodating to my needs and checked in with me regularly to see if I need anything restocked or had any additional wants. It was so reassuring to know after a long, hard day I could come home and I would have everything I needed to finish my day and then start my day early the next morning. It was the perfect place for me and I look forward to staying there again.
