Located on a quiet street, walking distance to restaurants, shops, a bakery, and an ice cream shop.

House assessment

The house is great the location and the block are hard to beat. The beach at 84th street will hopefully be replenished to increase the size only downside. Overall A minus for the rental.

Perfect for us.

Clean and comfortable. Love the location, especially for kids…no streets to cross to get to beach, no through traffic. Quiet street, few houses from beach, short walk to ice cream, bakery, coffee, waterfront dining, shuttle to downtown. Loved the drive up check in.

Great location, Cozy beach house

Cannot beat the location on 84th street. So quiet and incredibly close to the beach. Very affordable. Loved every second.
