Brand new furniture in both bedrooms and living room, new mattresses (higher-end plush hybrid mattresses), all new flooring, pine board tongue n groove ceilings, granite counters in kitchen/both baths, & overall "beachy decor" throughout. Unobstructed ocean views from almost every room, including from the kitchen, living room and king-bed Primary Bedroom. No "side ocean views" here, only direct oceanfront living. No "tight" balcony; double the size of most.

With a versatile 2/2 split-plan layout, the Primary Bedroom overlooking the water w/ direct access to the balcony from the Primary, guests will enjoy the functionality, wonderful panoramic ocean views, great "quiet" location with uncrowded beaches, yet near enough to "the action" of Daytona Beach if desired or the historical charm of St. Augustine just to the north. Ocean views are awesome!

We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, as well as the amazing ocean views. Watching the dolphins swim from our balcony was wonderful. King bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our 8 week stay.
