Pretty house any comfort with sea view

Nice benefits for this nice new home, functional and comfortable which offers a beautiful sea view, capacity 8 people.
5 minutes walk from the port, and 10 minutes from the beach and the village.
Ground floor: Storeroom with washing machine and dryer, WC, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, Italian style shower room, living room opening onto new kitchen and very well equipped, with direct access to a south facing terrace sheltered and very pleasant , with garden furniture, barbecue and umbrella, and well-kept garden.
Floor: 3 bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
We provide sheets and towels.
Possibility, on request, of making available an umbrella bed and a high chair (no extra charge).
Cleaning charge: 80 €

Deposit: 500 €.

Jolie découverte d'une île encore un peu sauvage

Certes, la météo ensoleillée n'était pas pleinement présente, mais les randonnées etaient quand même très agréables. Gîte et proprio accueillants. Le petit plus: 1 chambre double et sdb au rez de chaussée pour un couple embarrassé par des escaliers. Merci Séverine et Loïc.

Super séjour à Groix

La maison, toute neuve et propre était parfaitement adaptée à notre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée et la literie très bonne, la terrasse avec meubles de jardin est à l'abri du vent et permet de rester dehors même si le vent se lève. Petits bémols : les baies vitrées auraient eu besoin d'un petit nettoyage pour profiter de la belle vue.

Très jolie maison très bien équipée et située parfaitement, proche du village, commerces et de départ du sentier côtier. Les hôtes nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires et très claires pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette jolie maison sur cette magnifique petite île! Merci.

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Location qui correspondait totalement à nos attentes. Emplacement idéal, proche du Port et des commodités. Je conseille cette maison à la location.

Maison pratique

Maison et jardin mitoyens avec un maison voisine sépare juste d'un petit muret. Les barbecues & apéro manquent donc de calme et sont par conséquence partagés niveau bruit aves les voisins, très grande proximité. Sinon maison très propre et bien pensée pour du locatif à 100%. Cette maison ne doit jamais être habitée par les propriétaires. Pour du locatif brut c'est très pratique La vue mer est en revanche quasi inexistante car cachée par la maison d'en face. et le jardin était peu soigné lors de notre séjour. Chambre et literie agréable et salles de bain très bien.
