The room was clean. The keypad often would not work to access the room almost as if it needed new batteries, we had to put code in sometimes 7 times before door would open. If you sleep cold bring your own blanket because the comforters are paper thin.

This villa is beautiful. Beautifully updated and spacious for our family of 5. Very conveniently located for getting to everything we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful and we loved feeding the turtles, ducks and birds right off the balcony. Tara was an excellent host. She gave us all the info we needed and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

This was our third time staying there. My grandchildren love the pools and the ponds and already talking about making plans for next spring break. Condo is very nice and comfortable got everything you need.

Our 9 night stay in this Edgewater property was fantastic! This Villa was spotless! Every detail was considered. The kitchen was clean and organized with the perfect assortment of items for all kinds of cooking. The furniture was nice and all technology worked. The patio to the front door was spotless and back porch very nice. Outside there is a pond with turtles and all kinds of wildlife. We loved it and would recommend to anyone staying in PCB!

Everything was so nice and also clean. Nice to be comfortable as of you’re at home while on vacation. Great communication with owner as well. The resort amenities were great as well, kids loved the heated pools and the pickleball and basketball courts.

My family of four had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. The condo was just as pictured, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. There was a closet stocked with beach toys, etc., which my kids loved. One of the numerous heated pools is located behind the condo about a minute walk away. It was just a few minute walk over the bridge to get to the beach side of the resort. Both the beach and lagoon pool were great and didn’t feel overly crowded even though it was spring break. There’s a great ice cream shop in the shopping center located directly across from the resort entrance. This was our first time at Edgewater and the resort seems well maintained - I noticed that the pool behind the condo was cleaned each morning. Overall, a great spot.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The place was amazing, extremely clean. The resort was absolutely stunning, the pools, the restaurant/bar. We were close to everything like restaurant, bars, the pier park etc. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay here again.

Perfect Vacation!

This was a perfect trip to PCB with our grandgirls and where we stayed was ideal! We've been to Edgewater Beach Resort many times and highly recommend renting Golf Villa 1006! It's in excellent condition and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful condo
