About this property

Come enjoy this country retreat in Nashville! We are a family of six living on a rare piece of property In Davidson county. Located on seven acres. Close drive to downtown. Private apartment with separate entrance, private bedroom with king size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with a stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, and coffee bar. Beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. Loaded with extra amenities such as drinks, snacks, and extra toiletries. The sofa is a pull out queen. I wash everything! I wash the sofa slip cover between guests, the duvet cover, and everything else you might touch so you can feel right at home. The basement is completely social distanced. We often never even get a glimpse of our guests.

Our family of six sometimes sounds like a family of six, but we are upstairs where you cannot hear even footsteps from about 9:30 until 8 am every day.

I honestly enjoy hosting. I want you to have the best time possible.

Exceptional Hostess

Everything about our stay was great! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very very clean. The response from the owner to any issue was always within the first 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place so close to downtown Nashville.

Relaxing and Spacious

Great property just outside of Nashville. Very spacious. Full kitchen with a well outfited coffee bar. Comfortable furnishings. We really enjoyed the covered back porch space in the mornings. Close to restaurants and shopping. Welcoming hosts. Would recommend.
