Looking for calm, charming house renovated in 2018, ideally located halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy. Between the two lakes with turquoise waters; as well as one hour from the nearest ski resorts (Revard, La Féclaz and Le Semnoz). The house has been tastefully renovated, everything is new: bedding and appliances.
You will keep the memory of this stage in peace and in the greenery.
On the ground floor a bathroom and a WC. equipped kitchen. Living room and dining room. Fully equipped. Television
Upstairs: mezzanine with a 140/190 convertible sofa and WC
Two bedrooms: One bedroom with 160/200 bed with private bathroom and WC.
