Le voyageur qui a effectué la réservation a oublié d'informer son ami que les draps n'étaient pas inclus dans la réservation soit pour certains apportés par les locataires soit en option payante a régler sur place .
3 jours apres le départ l'ami inconnu du propriétaire non informé , a appelé pour se plaindre de l'absence de draps ...et proférer des menaces de plaintes
!! D'où la note de 2 sur 10 que j'au découverte 1 an plus tard
! Et qui est inacceptable et dont j'ai deja demandé la suppression par téléphone avec un conseiller !
Je reste toujours en attente de cette notation abusive non justifiée! Et qui me pénalise.
