The home is outfitted with everything you could need and perfect for families. We had a lovely stay and really appreciated how great a space it is for hanging out in a group.

First white Christmas after so many years in such a well decorated and thoughtful prepared house! Brandon sent out all the information we should be aware before hand so we got there settled nicely. The ski in and ski out was a huge plus aside from the excellent conditions of the house. This is a memorable Christmas getaway!

Great trip, great house

This was our second year staying here and will do so again. We have been coming up to Sun Peaks for many years now and it's a slice of heaven. The house is great. Three couples slept comfortably and there would have been room for a fourth (note, however, the pull-out bed in the basement has not worked for the last two years - there are roll-away single beds - ok for individuals but not so much for a couple. Minor nits. Still a great place. Property manager is very responsive,

We had a great time here and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The location was great for ski in and the views from the house were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. I’m not sure this place can be called “luxury” however. It might be better for a big group to split as the cost for our family was quite high and it didn’t feel like the value was there. The furniture and rugs were all quite worn and didn’t feel particularly clean. There were very worn fleece blankets instead of duvets on the beds that on some beds didn’t seem like they had been washed and smelled heavily of perfume. There was a beer bottle full of cigarette butts out on the deck. Probably these things wouldn’t bother a group of young people splitting a house but with a family with young kids, it didn’t make us feel super comfortable. I think some updates and attention to the house are in order, otherwise a price decrease is warranted.

Amazing Sun Peaks Expeience

Beautiful home. Beautiful views. Perfect location. Not sure what else to say. We had two families (4 adults, 4 teenage kids) and had plenty of space for cooking and eating, playing games, and relaxing after days of golf, mountain biking, and exploring the local area. The house is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. A/C wasn't listed at the time we reserved but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had recently been installed, which was nice on the warmer nights. Hot tub is perfect after a day in the bike park or ski resort and maintained every day, which was really nice to see. Great communication and super enjoyable experience overall. Hope to be able to visit again soon.

Beautiful weekend in Sun Peaks

We are three families (10 people) with kids aged from 3yrs - 17yrs old on a friends ski weekend. The home was stunning with vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishings. The views from the huge windows were breathtaking, we could see people skiing on the mountain across the way and the sunsets were unreal. The home is very spacious with three levels, great room sizes and washrooms on every floor, extra game/family room downstairs with the best retro arcade, and bar. Practical extras make the stay so enjoyable like storage cubbies in the garage for winter gear, two sets of washer/dryers, 2 single cots, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, large driveway for parking. The hot tub was the best touch! This home is located in a gorgeous area surrounded by other incredible chalets. The best part is being able to ski on to the path right beside the home at the end of the day! Brandon was a great host!

This was a beautifully kept property in a great location. We were there in the summer but it would be ideal for a winter ski trip for a large family. Well stocked with day to day provisions. Very good communication with the host. Thanks very much and hopefully we will be back in the winter.

Girls Getaway

The property was well appointed with all necessities taken care of. The beds and linens were luxurious! The location is both peaceful but with close proximity to the village. Views are gorgeous…we actually saw a total of four bears across the valley from the large deck! Definitely recommend!
