Gorgeous gulf front condo within walking distance to Pier Park! Dog friendly (small grass dog area on site on the right side of the building - dogs 70 lbs or less approx **Check dog fee box on VRBO**). 3/15-10/31 we will provide 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach for guests! Stunning kitchen features quartz countertops and island. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed and 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa and fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring and eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, and the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, and charcoal grills onsite! We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Charming, nice beach location but loud

This VRBO is quite charming in it's beach motif and well decorated and updated. I especially enjoyed the updated stand up shower. It had a nice view of the beach. If you want to be on the Panama City Beach main drag then this is the place for you as long as you don't mind the noise from the bar across the street that does shut down by 10pm, I believe or the AC unit that makes a tremendous amount of noise right next to the bed. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants which was very nice. I was just very tired from driving and needed to sleep and wasn't able to due to the noise and very uncomfortable bed and ended up leaving at 3AM to continue on to my final destination. For those who can sleep through anything, this is the place for them! I did appreciate the hospitality of the owners who were very easy to work with.

Great Location

The location of this property can not be beat...the most beautiful beaches available in the US. The unit was clean and well-kept. It does not include a closet...to our surprise...but this is something to which we quickly adjusted. Also, the ability to have our dog with us is a huge plus to choosing this place. Highly recommended.

Amazing Beachfront PCB rental!!!!

Sea glass Villa was beautiful, relaxing, well appointed and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and allowed you to see over the dunes to the beach. Perfect location to awesome food/entertainment and direct beach access. The dog park on property was much appreciated and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were sparkling, but we did not use due to low temps outside while we visited. The unit had absolutely everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo most days and never found anything missing. Jeff and Jill are the most responsive hosts we have ever had and all questions were answered in a fast and courteous manner. Highly recommend!

We love Panama City Beach and own four rental properties here. We are from WI and have remodeled these properties and treat them as though they are our primary home. Why they chose this property

This condo is in a perfect location and is beautifully remodeled. It is located next to our other 3 units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370, 3262642) in the building if you have a larger group. We also own VRBO 780217 which is a 4 bedroom/4 bath townhome on the east end near Pineapple Willys.

What makes this property unique

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
