This is the perfect place for some family-friendly fun!! This is our family vacation home and we have made some great memories with our kids, parents and friends. So, please understand that we encourage good times but this is not the ideal condo if you're looking for the 'spring break' experience.

This spacious and beautifully decorated condo/townhouse is awaiting your arrival. Our unit offers two levels of living with balconies located off the living room on the first floor and off the master bedroom on the second floor. Each balcony provides a partial Gulf view! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with cable and Netflix. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, cable, and Netflix. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room along with a TV, Cable, and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in our unit! What could be better than parking directly in front of your unit! The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is approximately 200 steps from our balcony.

Sugar Beach is a charming condominium complex that overlooks the white sandy dunes and Gulf of Mexico in the desirable Thomas Drive area near lots of activities. There is a freshwater lake stocked with fish that the kids can feed. (No Fishing!!!) The lake provides kids an opportunity to see fish, turtles and birds. Also there are two well maintained lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area along with the large beach side pool.

This is a second and third floor unit, one of the few condos where you can park your car right outside your door and walk up a few steps and right in. No long trips to a parking deck or crowded elevators! Even better, this unit allows you to walk directly outside one of the two patio doors and enjoy the ocean breeze where you'll only be a few short steps from the shiny white sand of the Gulf. No elevators, no long waits - just come & go as you please without any hassle!

The clubhouse has a Ping-Pong table. The grounds have large grassy areas and walk ways which provide a nice change from the typical concrete and steel development.

Three Bedroom/Three Bath Townhouse. This Condo has a well equipped Kitchen, a Full Size Washer/ Dryer, a Great View of the Interior Courtyard and is Approximately 200 Feet from the Beach & Swimming Pool. HD-LCD TV in Living Room. The downstairs bedroom features a Queen size bed with bathroom access. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and balcony. The second upstairs bedroom features a king bed and includes its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped, a spacious living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a dining area.

Linens are provided but bring your own beach towels, suntan lotion and a good book. This unit is very spacious and open, well furnished and maintained. Free cable and WiFi with HDTV is provided in the living room and both bedrooms upstairs.

We are pet friendly, but prior approval is required. Guests must agree to the HOA pet rules and policies prior to booking. There is a pet registration fee paid directly to the HOA. Additional fees may be charged by the owner for damages or accidents that require further cleaning, repairs, or replacement of any kind. Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
