The property offers almost 360 degree views of the marina, river and surrounding countryside. This water front living provides on the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar, dining table with seating for 8 people with dual aspect river/estuary views. there are 2 sets of patio doors with wrap around balconies and wooden floors. Separate toilet. 55" smart TV. Table and chairs on the terraces to drink in the wonderful atmosphere of this very special area. Free wi-fi.
First floor: Large living room with designer leather seating, Dual aspect river/sea views and patio doors lead to wrap around balconies. 60" smart TV with surround sound. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet.
Second floor: Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft bed, TV, dual aspect waterside views and doors to Juliet balcony. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet.

Beautiful property in peaceful surroundings
We stayed here for the festivsl weekend and it was the perfect escape! Within walking distance of the festival...and security making sure you were safe...it was the perfect location.
The property itself was immaculate. All the amenities you would expect. Clean and tidy as you would hope. We will definitely be returning!!

Why they chose this property
There is only one Tower available to rent - a really unique property sitting over the water, luxuriously furnished offering a 5 star holiday. Fabulous views over the water, medina and estuary. Relaxing and peaceful, heaven for bird watchers, walkers and cyclist yet close to amenities and with a bistro in the Marina it means no driving necessary! Large communal field with communal BBQ and play area. Two 55" screen smart tvs, excellent wi-fi. Linen and towels supplied. A fabulous home for adults, families and friends.
