Apartment T1 + Terrace on the Thouet Valley

It is with pleasure that we will accomodate you in our flat T1 of 40m2 any comfort, entirely renovated including its terrace and its privatory garden sported to delight your spaces of outdoor relaxation.
Quiet and rejuvenating, this little corner of tranquility is located near the greenery of the Thouet valley and the attractiveness of shops in the city center (market place, tourist office, restaurants)
Cocoon ideal for a romantic getaway, a short or long stay, a business trip.

Our apartment T1 is located in the basement of an independent house, equipped with a living room with sofa bed (duvet + 2 pillows provided), a television, a kitchen (with fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob) , coffee maker, kettle), a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and an entrance hall that can be used for bicycle storage or other.

At disposal: cleaning products (toilet paper, tea towel, sponge, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, household products, etc.) and food (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, filters, sugar)
Linen and towels rental for 5 € including:
- a set of sheets 2 pers (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases)
- a set of towels for 2 people (large and medium towel + washcloth)

Possibility to equip a cot and a booster chair (no extra charge, on request).

The private terrace includes a garden furniture for 2 people and a parasol (possibility to provide a barbecue)

Our T1 is 15min from our main residence, so we will do our best to accommodate you in person to the extent of our possibilities. To make your stays easier, we can also install a key box system. Arrivals are scheduled between 16h and 18h (flexibility schedules possible), departures will be for 11h.

Accessibility:
Possibility of parking a car in the street very practicable. As the apartment is located at the bottom of a large, sloping driveway, this may limit accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
Well located, you will have the opportunity to do many activities on foot or by bike.

Remarks:
We will ask our travelers to please make the place clean, you will have all the materials necessary for housekeeping.
Our pets are accepted (preferably small dogs) to the extent that there is respect for accommodation and the neighborhood.
