This 1,700 sq. ft condo presents with Dramatic views of the lush green Fairways of Sunrise C.C. and the Mountains beyond. It is a beautifully upgraded three bedroom, two bath with many, many features including upgraded kitchen and baths.

The space

The third Bedroom is being used as a Den that opens into the Built-in Bar and Living Room area. Kitchen has a breakfast nook and has been upgraded with granite counters and newer appliances. For more formal occasions a large living-dining area is perfect. Separate Laundry room and direct access to a two-car garage.

Renters have access to a beautiful Clubhouse, Dining Room, Bar Lounge, and a Grill that offers casual breakfast and lunch. Situated in the heart of Rancho Mirage and a short distance from theaters, fine dining and shops. This home is ready for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

There are many gorgeous swimming pools and jacuzzi's on the property for you to use! There are also tennis and pickle ball courts, golf, a gym and bocce ball for a nominal fee! We also provide two complimentary beach cruisers for you to go on a relaxing pleasure ride during your stay!

Convenient location in beautiful golf community

We really enjoyed our stay in Rancho Mirage. The area is very conveniently located and is a lovely, safe gated community with a golf course. This home is a bit dated, but very well equipped for a family stay. Lots of room and comfortable beds in the two bedrooms. Pull-out couch in the den is not really suitable for adults - would work better for smaller children. Mary Jo was a pleasure to deal with and any small issues were resolved quickly.

Felt like our home in the Desert

This property was everything we wanted. Close to all the places we like to go and very well maintained. We enjoyed tennis, golf and the pool on the property as well as being able to ride bikes and take long walks.

Sunshine in Sunrise

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay in this home again. We had some difficulty with the tv but once we figured it out it was fine. The only other small problem was the bbq. It didn’t heat as well on one side as it did on the other. Other than that , the pictures were very accurate of the condo and it was stocked well and clean. Mary Jo was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. It’s our second stay at Sunrise and we are always plesently surprised with how friendly residents are and how well maintained the community is. Missing it already Sandy

Wonderful Family Holiday in Rancho Mirage

We stayed at Sunrise CC during March 2018. Mary Jo was very patient and accommodating to our very request. The condo was very well equipped with lots of extras that made our visit so enjoyable. Waiting for us were spices, coffee filters, a small medical kit, some extra items in the fridge, etc so we didn't have to rush out upon arrival and buy things. Mary Jo was a phone call away for whatever we needed. Sunrise has lots of pools, an excellent tennis facility and a well maintained executive golf course. We hope to return in the future.
