You will enjoy a beautiful terrace, equipped with a barbecue, a stone oven and outdoor garden furniture. On the first floor a bright living room, fully equipped US kitchen and two bedrooms, one ideal for a child. An equipped shower room completes this property. In the rez of putting on, a big studio of more than 30m2 completely independent ideal for 2 people with room of water and kitchen. You will be near the beaches of Villeneuve Loubet (10 km), ideally located to discover Valbonne, Opio, Mougins, Nice, Cannes and Grasse.
