It is near Sophia Antipolis (3 km), Cannes (16 km), Antibes (14 km), and Grasse (13 km).
The public swinning pool is 2 kms from here and it is very nice (2 pools + 1 for babies).
The Clos St Martin is an enclosed housing estate where children can play safely (there are children of varied ages).
The terrasse is very pleasant, especially for a litle nap in the afternoon (it's in shadow at that time and there is a hammock).
The house is thermically insulated and it never gets too warm in summer, if you take care to keep the main shutters closed.
Your intimity is preserved in the garden.
From the main room there is a view on the montains.
There is an additional child mattress to be laid on the floor if needed.

Séjour en famille très agréable

Description de la maison conforme à la réalité et proprio très sympa. La maison est très agréable à vivre, au calme et bien située. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (couple avec enfant). Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse pour prendre les petits déjeuners au soleil et des barbecues. Je recommande cette location et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (1 enfant). La maison est décorée avec gout, vraiment propre et confortable. Elle est équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et le jardin est très bien aménagé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et chaleureux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je mets un bémol dans la catégorie "environnement" à cause d'une invasion de moustique... Je vous recommande vivement de faire le plein de produit!!! :)
