Dear Guest, Thank you for acknowledging our apartment’s excellent location. However, I must respectfully disagree with several of your other claims, as they do not reflect the reality of our property. 1. Cleanliness – Our apartment is professionally cleaned before every check‑in, and we have photos and cleaning records to prove it. The fridge is always emptied and sanitized. There was no “old seafood” or leftover food anywhere. If there had been any issue, we would have been happy to send our cleaner immediately – but you never reported anything during your stay. 2. Beds – All beds are proper, high‑quality mattresses, not “old sofas.” This is clearly shown in our listing photos. No previous guest has ever complained of backaches from our beds. 3. Furniture and storage – The furniture is in good condition, and there are wardrobes in the bedrooms (also visible in the photos). We are surprised you claimed there were none. 4. Odor – There is no persistent unpleasant smell in the apartment. Our cleaning team always ensures it is fresh and aired out. We take all honest feedback seriously, but exaggerated or false statements are unfair to both us and future guests. If you had any real concerns during your stay, we wish you had contacted us directly – we would have addressed them immediately. Sincerely, The Host

It was a pleasure to welcome Kristina's family, really polite person. I can completely understand that we have different point of view of protecting environment. A small correction but important it's summer not spring .According to the way of keeping in good health following the laws of nature,we should avoid using conditioner.

It was the Paris musical festival day they are just not objective at all, I left them do the early check in and offer them a cake from a very famous chocolatier of Paris but I really can’t do anything for the festival noise

You are a real Viet 🙈 all because I told you that I'm a Chinese so I understood immediately you would began to niblle. And you mention a word that I showed you around and help you to find viet restaurant by walking 20mns at least? You know that I don't offer service of giving shower, if you burnt youself and you blame the shower or the owner of the accommodation then I have no solution.... The same logic.... If at 6Am of the morning you leave and left the keys locked in the apartment, how should you expect the host to do for your mistake? All your blame can only be shown as the evidence of your exceptional exigencies. I don't expect you to be kind with me, but at least to be HONEST!!! As young mother that became more important because your behavior imfluent your child!
