This is one of the few homes that is directly on a Park City Mountain Resort run... Quitting Time Run. Real ski in ski out. Ski down to the Town Lift... simultaneously in the heart of the city. Walk down 2 flights of stairs to the center of Main Street to the No Name Saloon and all the best restaurants in town.
For guests that wish to attend the Sundance Film Festival a number of the venues are walking distance and the free transit center is 3 blocks from the door. No need to drive.
The house is fashioned for comfortable entertaining small groups visiting Park City and optimized to take advantage of the local skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer as well as provide access to the vibrant social life of Main Street
The first floor combines the living room, dining room and kitchen in one large space, encouraging group interaction. The front porch overlooks Old Town Park City. The second floor has the master bedroom, a second bedroom with the ski room in the back. The ski room exits to the back of the house to a stairs that provides ski access at the foot of Quitting Time Run and the trail to the Town Lift.
There is a sleeping loft accessed by a ship's ladder from the ski room to a communal sleeping area if more than 6 people are staying.

Had a group of 7 professionals in our thirties spend a week at Tim’s. Location was perfect. True ski n ski out. Main St an easy walk down straits (the walk back was a little harder going up hill). Tim reached out before we even checked in and continued to reach out and make sure everything was up to our standards. Would recommend and definitely would stay here again. Great host. Great property.

Great Location and Home!

The location of this property is PERFECT. You can park your car and never get back in until you leave. We even took the Park City bus (which is free) to the grocery for a light shopping trip (the snow was coming down hard and we didn't have 4WD) You can EASILY walk to main street and enjoy everything Old Town Park City has to offer. Tim's home is very well equipped and comfortable. He was so helpful, recommended restaurants and had lots of tips. We can't wait to visit again and would definitely book this home.

Amazing place and attentive owner

The house was perfect for a few families with teenage boys. The boys loved the loft. True ski in ski out with short climb to slope from backyard. Two minute walk down stairs across the street to Main Street. House had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to communication before, during and after the trip. Personally took care of any issues and needs. He loves skiing and just wants to give others the opportunity to do the same. Would definitely go back.

great location, easy access to lifts and town

We splurged for this trip to Park City. The house easily fit us. The 3 bedrooms + the loft area worked out perfectly. The loft is great for teenagers to have their sleeping space and can sleep up to 6 (we only had 3). There's a short climb from the house to get up to the lift. It was fine for us, but those that may not be ready to climb a snowy hill in ski boots could find this difficult. Then you are on a trail and off to town lift. The traeger pellet grill was a nice bonus. Tim was great in helping us out (such as finding some extra parking). Some niggling things that bothered us: the TV was connected to streaming services (like Netflix), but wasn't connected to standard stations. This was frustrating to try and watch the NCAA tournament. They had some DVDs but no DVD player for the TV. Again, we just used Netflix but you'll want to be prepared. I would have loved for there to be a hot tub (since the neighbors had one and we were jealous). It was expensive for us to not have all those extra thrills. Overall, it was a great place and location and that's what we cared about the most.

This is a great property with easy access to the Quit 'N Time run and the Town Lift. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again!

This property was outstanding. We had a group of 8 and we were comfortable. The host is outstanding and quick to answer any questions. The house was well stocked and bedding was comfortable. Fabulous ski in ski out location and perfect for browsing Main Street. Nice views as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.
