The chalet enjoys an ideal location, just a few meters from the connecting ski slope (blue run). A small grocery store and a pizzeria located at the foot of the chalet ensure a peaceful and convenient stay.

OUR OPINION: This semi-detached chalet enjoys a privileged location at the foot of the connecting ski slope, allowing ski-in/ski-out access when snow conditions permit. Its terrace, bathed in sunlight in both summer and winter, is perfect for relaxation.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the nicest area of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Facing SOUTH, you will have the sun all day. It is a quiet and preserved area, with an exceptional open-view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the co-ownership.
