Inside you'll find a 3 story, classic 1920s home with tasteful updates, large living room, and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. All of the conveniences of home, including fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, wifi, and cable. 6 Bedrooms, sleeping for 12 with 4 queen beds and 2 full beds. First floor bedroom as well for those with mobility issues. Outside you'll find a spacious front yard for lawn games, and brick patio in the backyard equipped with gas grill and patio table for al fresco dining. Ready for you to move right in for the summer!

If you prefer to drive, you'll have off street parking for up to 6 cars, and bulkhead access to private basement to store any surf boards and all of your summer toys.

This house is a side-by-side duplex in a family neighborhood, therefore this is not a party house. No smoking. Available for Monthly rental or full summer - June, July, and August (including Labor Day) - inquire for pricing/availability for your needs. Also available for Student Rental Sept-May. Why they chose this property

This house is in such a perfect location and really checks all of the boxes for a summer house. Walking distance to everything, in a nice quiet family neighborhood (away from the hustle and bustle of Thames). With 6 bedrooms and plenty of off street parking, it's a great place to gather and invite friends/family to join! When we stay here, our car never leaves the driveway because we can truly walk everywhere - first beach, Thames street, Bellvue, Broadway, etc.
