Amazing full house 7+ bedrooms with full baths on historic Pelham St in downtown Newport. Take over this whole house for events, weddings or a bunch of friends trying to have a great weekend. With a full gourmet kitchen dining and living room and everyone has their own bed and bathroom and parking spots for 8 cars. Walk to the best restaurants and bars newport has to offer including The Black Pearl straight down the hill.. you can not beat this location or the quality of life!
There will be no guests with the full house rental except the guests you bring with you... so chose wisely!
On historic Pelham St, you could not be in a better location in Newport. In the center of downtown, walk to the best bars and restaurants Newport has to offer. Short walk to Broadway for the local scene or to lower Thames to get some shopping done if needed.
Full kitchen with double oven, dining area and off street parking for everyone who is living there. Newly renovated space with a modern feel and very comfortable.
With its perfect location, getting around could not be easier. Having your own 8 off street parking spots makes parking simple. pretty much walking everywhere but if you do need to drive, is nice knowing you can jump in your car and know you have the same parking spot waiting for you!

Perfect stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for downtown Newport. It was very conveniently located and within walking distance to all of the hot spots. The place itself was very clean, well-kept, and spacious. We had a big group and it fit all guests more than comfortably. We had a great time and would love to stay again in the future!

Perfection

I booked the house for my husband’s surprise 60th. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious with great beds and beautiful bathrooms. You can’t put a price on parking in Newport, so having spots for all of our guests was amazing! We also walked everywhere… to the cliff walk, to the mansions, to the restaurants, and to the bars! The location couldn’t be better.

Unpleasant Stay

The property is lovely, and the location is great. Unfortunately, we had numerous things go wrong with our stay. We rented the entire property for a large family gathering that included an elderly person. We had several issues that had a major impact on our use of the building: 1. No heat in the entire upstairs, 4 bedrooms were unusable during our stay. 2. There is a dangerous step in the kitchen that is not well marked that caused an elderly person in our group to fall. 3. Little to no running water in the kitchen faucet. We had a large family and cooked in a lot. I brought all of these issues to the host's attention in an email on 11/20 and requested a portion of my stay be refunded. The host has had my request "under review" for over two weeks.
