This charming home is located on Franklin Street and in the heart of Downtown Newport. While enjoying your stay you can appreciate the convenience of being centrally located and just steps away from all the activity of Thames Street, Bannisters Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, Newport’s finest restaurants and vibrant waterfront, shopping, historical sites, and nightlife. A great spot to take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Steps away from the Red Parrot, Midtown Oyster Bar, Clarke Cooke House, The Mooring Restaurant and too many more to list

Second floor offers a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and smart T.V. Dining area with seating for 6 and half bath for guests to share. Kitchen offers the convenience of all basic amenities and includes a breakfast nook with additional seating for six. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and shower.

First floor offers 1 additional bedroom with full sized beds and French doors to beautiful patio.

Outdoor space offers enclosed patio with table and seating for 6.

A/C window units are installed in the windows April- October. Wifi available throughout the home. Fresh linens, bedding, and toiletries provided.

We loved our stay! Greg was an excellent host, and the check-in process was very easy. The home was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, while being walking distance to downtown restaurants. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house how spacious, clean and inviting it was. Everything we needed was available. It was in a perfect location to downtown restaurants and shopping. Greg communicated with us frequently during our stay, constantly checking to make sure all was well.Parking was a bit of a challenge at times; however we always seemed to manage to find a spot.

Greg, our host was very attentive! Answered my questions quickly and gave great suggestions! The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. We rented a car, but never used it all weekend, it sat parked the entire time. My suggestion is to uber from airport.

Excellent location

We loved the location of the place: in the midst of cute historical streets where it’s quiet enough to rest but also in close proximity to downtown with its bustling shopping stores and restaurants. We came with 4 adults and 2 kids and felt like we had plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this house was. The location is excellent for those who want to be able to walk around Newport. The host, Greg, was great to work with and sent us a detailed Welcome Packet ahead of time so we knew what to expect. In addition, he was responsive when we had questions during our stay. This was a girls trip for a bachelorette party and the six of us were very comfortable in the house. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location great house!

Great place for 3 couples weekend in Newport - very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and big kitchen for eating in or walking distance to all of Newports best restaurants. Greg was a great host, answered any questions we had with a quick response. We will definitely return!

Great Stay!

The place was actually even larger than it looked in photos! We were a group of 3 couples and were very comfortable. The living room was just lovely with their wood and white features. Can't beat the location. The owners were very kind and communicated efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Great Home for Family Vacation in Newport

This was the perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our Newport vacation. We were cozy and comfortable with areas to sit and chat or play games together. The kitchen came in very handy. We were centrally located and walked to the cliffs and mansions. And we had plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Would highly recommend!

This place was terrific - close to all. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. It was the perfect amount of space, clean, nicely decorated and very homey. I recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in Newport. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. We had the best time at Greg and Flavia’s place. It is exactly as listed. Check in was easy, the apartment has everything you need, and in the absolute best location. We were in Newport for a college friends wedding, and we added a couple days before to take in all Newport has to offer that we missed so much (we went to Salve). There were small hiccups with appliances however Greg’s responsiveness helped us through these issues easily. 10/10 will hopefully stay here again in the future!
