The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, along with a TV.
The dining area includes a table that seats two guests.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and a full range of cooking utensils. To make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, a small treat awaits you: complimentary Nespresso capsules and tea bags.

The modern and practical bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

For your convenience, you'll also find everything you need to iron your clothes. All linen is provided: high-quality bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat, and a kitchen towel. Shower gel (one per guest) and soap are also supplied.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each reservation.

Overlooked by sleek skyscrapers, the commercial 3rd arrondissement is known for the mid-range Part-Dieu mall and the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse food hall, selling gourmet charcuterie and chocolate. Smart bistros fill the streets. Gestapo prison cells are displayed at the Mémorial National de la Prison de Montluc and the brutalist Institute Lumière screens arthouse films. Lyon Part-Dieu train station links to Paris.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Part Dieu - 15 mins away on foot.

The nearest tram stop is Archives départementales - 7 mins away on foot. There's also Part Dieu Villette Sud tram stop that is just 8 mins away from the flat.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
