Beautiful bastide with pool 5 minutes from the medieval city, the banks of the Aude and next to the lake Cavayère (water skiing, paddle, artificial beach ...) 7 people maximum.

This recent house consists of a large living room of 50 m2 with a separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ...), 4 bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom (bath and walk-in shower), a shower room and two toilets. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Possibility to provide bed sheets and bath towels.

The charming exterior with its swimming pool and landscaped garden will be the ideal place for your summer barbecues, with friends or family.

Superb!

Beautiful house which was really clean and welcoming, lovely quiet location. Sandra who greets you is so helpful and responsive even with our terrible French! We had a wonderful week entertaining friends and family in the outdoor spaces.

Nous sommes un groupe de 8 jeunes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Très bon accueil et propreté irréprochable. Maison très bien équipée. Juste un petit hic, pas de Wifi sur place (et sauf erreur, cela n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce). Sinon tout était parfait ! À retenir.

Superbe maison

Bel endroit très calme pour se reposer et partager de bons moments en famille! Beaucoup d'espace, très bien aménagée, cette bastide est très agréable avec la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants et ce beau jardin paysagé ! Très satisfaits de l'accueil également par Sandra!Merci.
