Renting a beautiful bright apartment of 60 m2 in the raised ground floor for 4 to 6 people 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beach in a quiet and pleasant residence "Moriani terraces" located in Moriani beach in Corsica on the eastern plain between Tyrrhenian Sea and mountain
The proposed services of the apartment are as follows:
- A beautiful terrace of 20 m2 with nature views in 2 parts including a dining area and a seating area
- A bedroom with new bedding in 160, a wall cabinet, a widescreen TV and a chest of drawers, a console with drawers and 1 chair
- A large spacious living room with 2 new 3 seater sofas, including a comfortable sofa 140, a widescreen TV, a DVD player, a refrigerator low drinks, a coffee table with casters, an electric convector and a ceiling fan
- A kitchen equipped for meals with a sink, a plate 3 fires + 1 electric, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, an extendable table, 2 chairs, a coffee maker and an electric convector
- A bathroom with a sink, a bathtub, 2 storage cabinets, 2 shelves, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer
- A separate toilet with a small storage cabinet
- A dressing equipped with tidying up, a washing machine, a table and iron, a vacuum cleaner

- Private parking at the bottom of the terrace
- Miscellaneous: A folding baby bed with 2 mattresses, a high chair for baby, a clothes rack, an extra mattress with cells 2 inflatable places electric
- Weekly rates for the year 2019 charges included (arrival Saturday from 3 pm / departure Saturday at 11 am at the latest):
- July and August: 800 €
- June and September: 600 €
- May and October: 500 €
- For the other months: 450 €
A deposit check of 1.000 € will be given on your arrival after inventory of fixtures
- Included in the rental: Sheets and towels for the duration of the stay
- Not included in the rent: The dishes in the low sideboard and the glasses in the glass column condemned located in the living room
- In supplement: A check of 50 € for the household if necessary at the end of the stay
- For information :
- The dry products and cleaning products present in the cupboards will have to be replaced in case of use
- All animals are not allowed in the apartment
- This apartment is accessible for people with reduced mobility
