South-facing studio with ocean views in a private residence offering all amenities: on-site restaurant, tennis courts, private pool, pétanque court, ping-pong tables, parking…<br>The unit is located on the 2nd and top floor; there is no lift. <br>The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a kitchen featuring a microwave and a washing machine.<br>The sleeping area consists of a sleeping nook with a bunk bed, plus a fold-out bed in the living room. The bathroom features a bathtub. The toilet is separate.<br>You can enjoy this magnificent view and have your meals on the terrace, which has an awning.<br>An inventory check will be conducted at the beginning and end of your stay. The €400 security deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. <br>An option for bed linens is available for €50. <br>Housekeeping is the responsibility of the tenant.<br>The residence’s location allows you to walk to the supermarket in 5 minutes.<br>San Nicolao de Moriani is strategically located, allowing you to reach Bastia Airport in 30 minutes. Perfect spot for calm holiday by the sea. The apartment is small and a bit dated but it has all you need and staying there is very comfortsble. We spent there amazing time! Location is ideal!

Plutôt bien

Avons apprécié notre semaine dans cette location calme avec mer devant, toujours de la place, ville pas loin. Il ne manquait rien à part le congélateur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre si vous ne connaissez pas la Corse et voulez visiter il est préférable de vous rapprocher des lieux à visiter, en une semaine nous avons fait beaucoup de route donc rentrés très peu reposé. Location idéale pour 2 semaines ou si vous souhaitez pas vraiment bouger.
