Lauren, thrilled to hear you found our cottage by the sea a great stay! While the large swell might have kept you from beachside adventures, it sounds like the ocean views from the lanai provided a beautiful backdrop to your stay. We are delighted you loved it, and we look forward to welcoming you back, hopefully under calmer tides, for some beach fun!

Mahalo Jim, see you again next year!

We thank you for taking care of the home as if it was your own and hope you return in the near future! Mahalo Dederich's

We appreciate your patience with both the stormy weather and the appliance issues. I understand that the dryer was unavailable for a few days, but we were happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible and make every attempt to assist you during your wait by offering wash & fold services, which you opted out of utilizing. We would have been glad to assist you with any other problems if we had been informed during the conversations we had with you while you were here; I'm sorry to hear that you experienced additional problems. After your departure, we discovered that the oven failed due to power surges from the storm, it has also been replaced with a new oven. As for the chairs, we do apologize that they may not be suited your taste, but they are new and we do not have plans to make changes. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our unit to the highest standards for our next visitor.

Marilyn, we're sorry you had to endure the construction noise from the neighboring privately owned homes. We sincerely hope that the overall experience was enjoyable, and after we were alerted about the construction we spoke with the contractors who stated the construct would be short lived.

Thank you! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cottage, from the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable amenities to the incredible ocean views and marine life right off the deck. We’d be delighted to welcome you back with Gather for another unforgettable stay!

Aloha Leah, We sincerely apologize that you felt as though the cleanliness was subpar. We go above and beyond to ensure the properties are guest ready and refresh the cleaning if the property sits vacant for even a day between renters. However, in this tropical climate and being as close as we are to the water the salt spray allows for a perfect surface for the dust to adhere to. With regards to the cockroaches, we routinely treat for them although they are common in Hawaii and one aspect we could all live without. We hope you'll return and allow us an opportunity to make it up to you!
