Chouette petite maison propre avec tout le confort. Accueil agréable. Propriétaire conciliant.Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas vraiment une place de parking réservée. Distance maison- mer un peu loin.Commerces proches ( boulangerie, superette, librairie, restaurants, ...): top. Marché une fois par semaine.

La maison comme l indique l annonce est a 5 mn en voiture de la plage et 10 mn a pied car il faut contourner l etang. Ce qui en fait une promenade agreable. A aucun moment il n'a été écrit que la maison avait les pieds dans l eau. Tout comme le parking.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, welches sich in einem sehr guten Allgemeinzustand befindet. Alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen ist, dass es in der Anlage keinen reservierten Parkplatz für das Haus gibt.

Nous sommes arrivés à 17 h 30 pour le réveillon de Noël. Le gîte était froid car non chauffé avant notre arrivée !!! Fin décembre, zéro degré la nuit, est-ce bien raisonnable ? Le gîte était sale. Notre chien d’un an a sorti plein de détritus de sous les meubles, il a même mâché un morceau de verre… Pas de chauffage du côté de la table à manger. Le seul point positif est le secteur.

Bonjour Je suis désolée de vous lire. Je trouve vos mots comme detritus totalement exagérée La maison etait propre. Il peut arriver qu un eclat de verre ait échappé a la femme de ménage, nous ne sommes pas parfait c est vrai Quant au chauffage il etait allumé dans les chambres et la salle de sejour a une climatisation réversible qu il suffit d allumer et qui chauffe tres vite. Avoir zéro degre au bord de la mer c est tres rare. Navrée que vous n'ayez pas su apprecier la maison qui est tres agréable. Le jour d avant nous avions déjeuné sur la terrasse.

Désolé de savoir cela. J ai bien attiré l attention de la personne qui accueille et qui fait le ménage sur cette verification. Que tout soit propre bien sur est une évidence. Il arrive parfois que la vaisselle qui sort du lave vaisselle soit mal lavée. J en ai bien pris compte.

Kleines ortsübliches Ferienhaus

In diesen kleinen ortüblichen Ferienhaus, hatten wir dank der guten Aufteilung genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Mit der Transportliege waren wir, entlang des Teichs, innerhalb von 12 Minuten am wunderschönen Mateillestrand. Das Auto hatte zwar keinen eigenen Parkplatz innerhalb der kleinen Siedlung, aber direkt um die Ecke sind ausreichend Parkplätze. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Jolies vacances

Accueil adorable, logement où rien ne manque, et même les commerces à côté (glaces artisanales délicieuses) sont très pratiques. La mer est à 2,5 kms au bout d’une très belle allée.

Tolle Lage, Strand, Bäcker, Restaurants direkt fußläufig zu erreichen, bis zum Ortszentrum 10 Minuten im Auto, sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe, viel Platz zum Entspannen draußen und drinnen, sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, absolut empfehlenswert.
