* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 606 from Dec 20-Dec 31. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

IMPORTANT:
Building Construction: The Summit has a project going on through about March 15, 2025. Please be aware that during this time, there may be some noise. No refunds or compensation will be given for this.
Come visit the Summit- a lovely condominium complex right on the beach. In addition to the building’s incredible amenities, you will find that this condo has everything you need for a great stay: a one-bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen and flat-screen TVs. This place is great for the whole family and is a wonderful spot to base yourself when exploring the Emerald Coast.

Summit is located directly on the beach, providing easy access for guests looking to explore the coast. There is also an on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center. This complex is a short drive to St. Andrews National State Park. There is nearby shopping, dining, and nightlife within walking distance from the building. Visitors can take a 20-minute drive for a day full of shopping at Pier Park.
IMPORTANT:
Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection. VRC#59668
