Great experience! It was so close to the beach and the private access was amazing! Only thing that could be improved upon was the seating for meals. Not many options for a house that can sleep as many people as it does.

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. The property & neighborhood were both extremely gorgeous. The home's beautiful in person were just as the photos online. The process of book & communications prior to arrival was extremely professional. Would definitely rent again if traveling to Miramar, Fl.

listing says 4 baths and there are really 31/2 and bunk bed room does not have a door. Otherwise nice and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to Wynn Dixie and Oyster Bar was good.

So we teuly enjoyed this home. It felt like a vacation getaway just being in this home. Very comfortable for 10 people. The location is very good. Close to everything. Not that far to walk to get to the beach. Beds were comfortable. The gost seemed nice and responded to my questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this home again. The only issues we had that we would.like to mention. First we would have liked more control of the thermostat we had several hot natured people and we couldnt cool the house down as you are only able to adjust the temp by 2 degrees either way. Mkst rental home allow you to adjust as you please. The 2nd thing was that the water temperature was only like warm it never got hot. It would be nice if the temp was turned up moreand allow the quest to adjust the temp for themselves. You had to turn the water all the way to hot to just get it to be warm. But again we truly enjoyed our stay

Family Vacation

Location, location, location. This property was within walking distance to the beach and the property swimming pool. It was also close to Winn Dixie and the outlet mall. We loved the location. The house was ideal for our family to f 12. It was a little outdated and needed some minor work but it is a rental property. The pool was a nice size but had some weeds around it that should have been taken care of by the HOA.

This property is beautiful!! Living room furniture needs to be replaced. We reported our concerns and immediately we received a cover for the recliner. I feel confident they will resolve the concerns with the remaining living room furniture.

Perfect for Thanksgiving multi-gen, family of 7 Weekend

Great location in a quiet gated community that provides beach access via with a short walk across the street. The home was perfect for our family that included our three adult daughters and two grandchildren. The walk-in closet was a perfect place to set up the baby crib providing a quiet place for naps. The main level balcony was large enough for us all to sit and enjoy the breeze . We stayed during Thanksgiving and the large refrigerator fit everything. The kitchen had the utensils' and pots and pans we needed We would stay here again.

Overall a nice place, but a few issues

The check in and check out process was easy. They provided a few basic supplies, but you will need to buy more if you plan to stay for more than 3 days. There was black mold in the downstairs shower and the paint was mismatched around the house which was disappointing given the cost.

The listing and photos described the property accurately. Easy walk to the beach. Community pool / hot tub were also nice. We would stay again. We enjoyed the main floor living area because of the kitchen. Loved how the sliding glass doors really opened up the floorplan. We had to prepare several meals, so this fitted our needs perfectly and made our kids feel like home. Bed comfort was not the best. Bottom floor bathroom vanities are below avg. The 2 additional full baths and 1 half bath were excellent. Bunk bed room, the ceiling fan did not work. Overall, very minor issues. Excellent stay

Overall the property was nice. Location to the beach and stores was as expected and found the community pool to be very nice. We did have a lot of family staying, and while it worked, there are a few things to be aware of if a large group. Dining area is a 4 chaired table, so no big group dinners. Kitchen is not stocked with large pots, etc so making meals for a group required some planning/effort. The second floor A/C struggled at time to keep cool when cooking and people are gathered. The couple occasions we had to contact the management company went well, very responsive. (Insider tip: walk to the oyster bar next door to Winn-Dixie, nice escape with very fresh oysters)

The property was amazing but the humidity is so bad the house is too hot! You can only turn the AC down to 72 so that makes it bad! Just bring fans but it’s hard to fly with fans! Other than that it’s a great place!
