Bonjour, C'est un triplex confortable, très bien placé, en bas cuisine et salon, 2ème chambre 2 lit Japonais au sol confortable, dernier étage un grand lit ,toutes les pièces sont bien éclairées, tout à proximité à tous les prix. Sur cour, vous pouvez prendre un café tranquille .c'est c'est magnifique... L'extérieur métro à 5mntet commerces. Propriétaire très sympa et toujours à l'écoute disponible. Merci Anatoli de nous avoir reçu avec autant de bienveillance. 💯10/10. Farida

Très bon séjour maison bien chaleureuse et atypique le propriétaire Anatoli très sympathique et a l écoute de nos questions proche des rues commerçantes et à 15 minutes à pieds de Montmartre ou une vue exceptionnelle de toute paris et de notre Tour Eiffel merci beaucoup pour ce séjour à faire

Trés agráble séjour

Cet appartement est tres agréable et bien situé. Tous les commerces sont a proximité. Nous avons eu la malchance de louer cet appartement en tant de grève sncf mais avons pu aisément visité Paris sans problèmes. Le propriétaire s´est toujours montré disponible.

Logement atypique à réserver pour un court séjour à cause du bruit des trains, bien chauffé. Le coin toilette est un peu juste pour des adultes de plus de 1m85. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant.

Maison charmante

C’est avec grand bonheur que j’ai passé une soirée dans cette petite maison charmante et chaleureuse. Néanmoins je trouve qu’il est plus approprié pour de courts séjours à paris car un peu bruyant. Je recommande tout de même vivement! Et Anatoli est très arrangeant et accueillant.

Anatoli est très arrangeant et facilite l’arrivée et le départ des occupants. Logement atypique très proche de l´arret de métro. Passage des trains juste à coté, un peu bruyant. Parfait pour un court séjour à Paris !

Parfait pour des voyageurs

Bonne localisation proche métro et rue très animée le soir. De l'appartement nous n'entendons pas le bruit de la rue, juste le passage constant des trains de l'autre côté mais nous n'avons pas été gênés. Je pense que cet appartement convient à des personnes qui ont l'habitude des voyages et dont les attentes et demandes ne sont pas trop hautes. Anatoli est très sympathique et avenant. L'endroit est simple et convient pour un couple. Il est vrai que nos enfants n'ont pas trop aimé car peu d'espace, douche à température très variable et très chaud sous les toits... Mais pour nous c'était correct, simple et suffisant, surtout vu le prix.
