The unit does not have a basic level of cleanliness, for example there was dirt on the floor and the sinks had not been wiped. There are wet towels and sheets in the green bag, so it’s unclear whether they are clean or dirty. As well, the wifi network and password that he gave doesn’t work. I communicated with the host 2-3 times prior to check in and he didn’t respond.

Appartement bien placé dans une rue vivante et animée. Et très calme car il donne sur cour. Idéal pour un bref séjour même s'il n'est pas facile de ranger ses valises et ses vêtements dans un espace aussi réduit...a fortiori quand le canapé-lit est déplié ! M

Good location but it was very small. There was a lot of hair on the sheets. We took off all the sheets and put them on the bed when we left and the owner was upset we didn't fold them and put it back with the other sheets. I don't know if he washs everything.

The room is quite cozy (when the bed folds down it takes up %95 of the room), but all we were looking for was somewhere to sleep. The host was regularly in communication with us, even let us check out a little late. And I loved the area, especially for the price.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, completo di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza a Parigi. Ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto e bar/creperie per le colazioni. Zona tranquilla, molto apprezzato il fatto che l'appartamento non si affacciasse direttamente sulla strada, questo limitava i rumori del traffico.

Host was not very responsive to messages as well as apartment was difficult to find had to ask random man to help us. There was also a sign on the door saying water would be shut off that week!!! Luckily it wasn’t, but host didn’t tell us. HAIRS ON SHEETS (not sure how clean it was)…

Het is een kleine kamer met alles erop en eraan. Als het bankbed uitgevouwen is, is de kamer gevuld. De logge zware tafel is onnodig omdat je deze moeilijk kwijt kan als het bed uitgevouwen is. Een klein tafeltje en eventueel een klein stoeltje is een betere optie. Het is vrij gehorig maarmijn verblijf was prima!En Yann communiceert snel

Je suis ravi de partager mon expérience ! "J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans le Studio Paris 11 - 1er étage sur cours. L'emplacement était idéal, à seulement 12 minutes à pied de la gare de Lyon, ce qui m'a permis de me déplacer facilement dans la ville. Le studio était confortable et bien équipé, avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. La cour intérieure apportait une touche de calme et de tranquillité, ce qui était appréciable dans une ville aussi animée que Paris. Je recommande ce studio à ceux qui cherchent un hébergement pratique et confortable pour explorer la ville. Merci pour l’hospitalité

The place was easy to find in a good locality- close to transport, restaurants etc. It was much smaller than we had expected & we had to call Yann when we arrived to ask about removing a bag of dirty linen & to find out how to get on the internet. Yann replied promptly & the issues were solved. A suggestion for the future - please check the toilet has been cleaned & perhaps move all the food out of the frig. We managed regarding the size because we were out all day & ate all our meals out. Once the bed was down there the space was cramped
