Situated on the coveted south side of the island, this cozy and spacious condo offers the perfect beachside retreat. With a generous 1312 sq. ft., Pelicans Landing #104 stands as one of the largest condos in the building.

Enjoy the proximity to the beach and pool access.
Location is everything, and Pelicans Landing 104 boasts a prime spot with an elevator. Positioned on the beachside of Butler Avenue, it's only a block away from the beach and the renowned Tybee Pier & Pavilion. As a guest of this condo, you'll have access to the community pool next door at the Sea & Breeze Hotel and Condominium complex.

Step into the bright coastal ambiance of Tybee's Pelican Landing #104, where comfort meets style. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo comfortably accommodates up to eight people. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double convection oven, a Keurig, and a regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for eight or pull up a seat at the bar counter for four. The adjacent living area offers ample seating and a large TV.
The main suite (Bedroom #1) has a comfortable King bed, a new TV, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main suite also provides private access to the covered balcony. The remaining two bedrooms (Bedrooms #2 and #3) share a guest bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Bedroom #2 has two cozy Double beds, while Bedroom #3 offers a comfortable Queen bed.
Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the highchair and pack-and-play in the condo. Additionally, three community charcoal grills are situated behind the parking area, perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue.

Location is perfect

Had a great great time with just a short walk to the beach. They provided a pack n play with a high chair. There were 2 parking spaces and the condo is right next to the elevator. Check out time is a little early.

We had a great time!

The condo was very nice and clean. The check-in process was very easy. The walk was a little bit further than we would have liked and we didn't realize the complex did not have its own beach access. The elevator was due for inspection and it rarely worked. I did not feel safe on it.

Perfect Vacation

This was a nice condo very close to the beach. No need to drive to the beach and was close to area shops and the pier. Condo was nice and clean and suitable for having children. There was a high chair and pack and play already there. We found the condo to have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Large refrigerator. It was clean and well maintained. We even found the starter pack of garbage bags, paper towels, and etc. was sufficient for most of our stay which was 7 nights. The only recommendation I would have is switching the mattress in the master bedroom to a memory foam. The shower in the master bedroom was so handy when coming back from the beach to wash off the children as well as the adults. Would definitely consider staying in the same location again!
