Two Mermaids is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art; funky and fun!
Great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony; the perfect spot for reading and relaxing! These condos are within very close walking distance to the beach, the Tybee Pier, shops, and restaurants! Bring your fur babies as Two Mermaids is pet-friendly! (pet fee will apply.)
Features include upgraded finishes and appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. [NO ICEMAKER].
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Electric grill. Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub and separate shower in the Master bath. Amenities include two private pools, outdoor sauna, elevators, and community picnic area. The community pool hours are 10am – 10pm and the pool is open all year round.
NOTE: POOLS ARE NOT HEATED. ONLY THE HOT TUB IS HEATED.
Garage parking for two vehicles!

Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating.

Tammy and Diane were excellent to work with and very accomodating!! I could not say enough good about their service. My dad had to have oxygen delivered prior to our arrival and Tammy went above and beyond to assure everything went as needed! Thank you all so much for a wonderful week, especially after the weather threw off our original plans :)

When we walked in, there was a handwritten note welcoming us to Tybee. This was a nice personal touch! The condo is very clean and well maintained! We had breakfast on the large balcony each morning. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach (literally a few steps!). It was surprisingly quiet considering the close location to the stores and the beach. You have two covered parking spaces that are right in front of the elevator. The owner/manager reached out to us to make sure everything was okay. Overall, there were no issues, and we really enjoyed our short stay. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not working properly. However, the ice trays were a good temporary solution. May need to be repaired or replaced. I also recommend some updated furniture. The condo was very spacious.

It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here. We were able to walk to restuarants for breakfast and dinner. Access to the beach was very easy. The condo was very clean and in good condition. We had some issues with the actual on site property management though. The parking garage flooded after a very heavy rain and it took a few hours to drain. When we went to dinner and came back we had to walk through ankel deep water to get to the stairs. The pool was very dirty. There were a lot of people using the pool-but there were some some disturbing hairballs and the water was very cloudy. On our second day there we were not willing to go into the pool because it did not seem safe to use. The staff at Mermaid Cottages were fantasic-great communication before, during and after our stay. We did not contact them about the issues with the flooding and the pool because we felt that was something the complex management team should have been monitoring.

The condo was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which makes it easy to relax and unwind. We also really appreciated the personal contact from the hosts—they checked in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. That extra care made the stay even more special. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

A very important safety improvement would be to ensure availability of one or more "keys" to unlock an accidental locking of an inside bedroom or bathroom door ... especially when kids are around. Overall, loved it!

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

This is the first time we have stayed in a condo instead of a house and we were delighted. It was the best of both worlds; beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Everything was within walking distance. Tybee Market was down the street and bars and restaurants were right around the corner. Our cars stayed parked in the covered garage the whole time. We celebrated my husbands birthday with friends at our favorite place! The mermaids had everything ready for us when we arrived and checked in to see if we were happy and needed anything. We have already booked with Mermaid Cottages for next summer. Can’t wait to come back🌞🌴❤️

Location!!!

This condo is super close to the beach and more spacious than we anticipated. The balconies are great (though we didn't use ours much because of the 120 degree heat index). Communication with the property manager was outstanding and access to the app was great. The pool seemed to get cleaned maybe once a day and it got a lot of use so it seemed a little dirty. Everything else was top notch.
