Enjoy your peaceful escape to the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, in this lovely 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor of the Beachfront Suites on Siesta Key, located directly on the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony as the stress of the world falls from your shoulder and you sink into the calming aesthetic of the Serenity Condo. Complete with everything you need for your special getaway, the Serenity Condo is here to ensure your vacation is here to bring you into a state of Zen.

The Beach Front Suites
The Beachfront Suites is a stand-alone tri-plex. The building is three stories with each floor as its own unit. The Serenity Beach Condo is located on the 2nd floor.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.
**Your inquiry on our property will be responded directly to your personal email. Please keep a lookout for our response so we may best serve your request

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Fantastic stay in Siesta Key. You literally walk straight out onto the beach, and it’s just a quick 7-minute stroll to Siesta Village for food, drinks, and shops. The location doesn’t get better than this. Communication was clear and responsive the entire time. We’ll absolutely book here again.

You can easily walk to the village, but you're not so close that you're in the middle of the night life if you like quiet.
