The indoor furnishing just felt spartan, other than the semi comfortable sofa and love seats there isn’t much in the way of seating inside. The 2nd and 3 bedrooms had no dressers and minimal surfaces to places things on. The 3rd bedroom has no provisions for hanging clothes. Overall it worked for us but we commented often that our wives would not think much of the place.
The great thing about this property is the location to the village. You’re right next to the beach and you have a view of the water! That’s where it stops at being great. Amenities are cheap and minimal. Linens are rough and not nice at all. This place was decorated very cheaply and does not feel welcoming. You have to walk up to the third floor and there’s no easy way to get your luggage up and down. The washer that’s provided in the unit only had warm water so we could not wash our laundry in cold water. The refrigerator was moldy and did not fit well into the space in the kitchen and hit the wall. The property management was very responsive so I have to give them bonus stars for that. Not sure if this place is worth the money. Just an FYI, it is listed on the market so there were two showings while we were there. Property staff was very polite and worked around our schedule but just a heads up that it is a very active listing! I definitely would not stay here again unless it’s overhauled with better amenities.

Hi Polly, thank you for your feedback. I've passed along your feedback along to the appropriate departments to make improvements for future guest.
Pros of this property: Pool, location to town and the unit was clean and had nice space.Cons of this property: Check in, the management company doesn't allow you access to the unit if you arrive during business hours, you must go to the office first. If you arrive after business hours they provide you information to access the unit. If you arrive after business hours, they text you daily to show up at the office so they can charge you the 1000 refundable fee for potential damages. They need to automate both these processes and not require people to show up to their office while you are on vacation. We had 4 beach chairs and needed more. 2 of the beach chairs were not made for adults, had to call to get more. Towels 1 beach and 1 shower for each person and they are really POOR quality. The kitchen lacks pots if you want to cook. The items they provide ie 1 Garbage bag, Papertowels, TP dish soap again are bare minimuim and if you stay for a week you will have to buy more. The furniture is poor quality. They are trying to sell this unit, so they are not investing in any quality items for rental, it is really bare bones.

Hello! First of all, thank you for your feedback. While it was not the 5-star feedback we strive for, this is helpful for us to work towards those goals. The reason why we ask guests to stop by the office is to get a wet signature and ensure the guests are who they are for liability purposes. We try and have our after-hours check in process as smooth as possible so guests can begin their vacations as soon as possible, and we get everything we need for logistics purposes. We stock each unit with the amount of chairs and we will always happily provide extras if needed. We do advertise that we only provide basic necessities. The "$1000 refundable fee" is not a fee. It is simply a "Hold" that drops off 72 hours after check out in case of any incidentals like damage or stolen items. We advertise this in all our listings and you can see that prior to booking. Thank you again for the review, and I hope you're willing to give us an opportunity to provide a "5-star" experience int he future.
