Casa Bonaventura A is a welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Bonaventura A you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Bonaventura A is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a shared terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet). You will reach Casa Bonaventura A from the main entrance of the building along a short walkway that crosses the garden through a pathway made of terracotta tiles and will take you to the main entrance, which is under a square porch made of stone and enclosed by round arches.
To stay at Casa Bonaventura A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Casa Bonaventura A is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The apartments Casa Bonaventura A, B, C, D, E, F and G are part of a farmhouse which covers 20 hectares (50 acres). The guests of the farmhouse share the gardens, two swimming pools, a tennis court, the olive grove, the vineyard and the wood.


The apartments are part of a tiny historical burg, immersed in the green of the Tuscan hills, and made up of four buildings, connected to each other by terracotta pathways and surrounded by lawns and flowerbeds.


The burg is on the green slopes of the hill which is topped by the small medieval village of Montaione, at just 1 km (half a mile) from the village.


In past ages the four buildings were used to grow the olive grove and the vineyard. They have been carefully restored and transformed into holiday homes in a way that keeps the atmosphere and the charm of the ancient Tuscan farm houses.


The walls of the houses have the warm pink and orange colors of the stone and of the terracotta, which stand against the green of the very well looked-after lawns that surround them. The lawns are broken here and there by thriving rose bushes, groups of irises and slender dark green cypresses.


From every observation point in the burg your sight will embrace a wide horizon of gentle and wavy hills, some of them decorated at the top by bunches of houses, clenched around a watch tower or a bell tower.


This is indeed the typical landscape of Tuscany, the one that, along with the inestimable artistic treasures that every corner of this land holds, has been fascinating its visitors for centuries. The sight can wander free upon one of the most beautiful and history-rich territories of Tuscany, among San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence.


A short pathway among the flowers will take you to the area where you will find a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children.  All around there is only vegetation, trees and view of the hills. You will also have at your disposal a shared tennis court, surrounded by the green of the meadows as well.


You will be able to buy locally olive oil and wine made by the owners, and there is also a small vegetable garden where you will be able to pick up free of charge the season produce.


The owners live on the premises, and they will be happy to answer questions and give you information.
Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the end of April until the beginning of October.

Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Terrace
The terrace is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the patio with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the entrance hall climbing six steps. The floor is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside, and include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room going down five steps. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room going down five steps. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the bedrooms through an access area.
