Villa Fernanda is an elegant and welcoming independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Fernanda you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Fernanda is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Villa Fernanda from the street level going down a short public walkway that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fernanda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. Terrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels; electricity.Available upon request: baby bed. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Living Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the kitchen. A divan that unfolds into a double bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a double room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room and from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
