This condo was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Beds was extremely comfortable and the view was great. Property manager checked in to see if there was anything we might need or problems throughout our stay. Overall we will definitely stay here again.

Great location for beach and restaurants

The condo and building are both well maintained. Pool is nice for sunsets. Access to beach short walk across Ft Pickens road. Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Short 1 mi walk to the boardwalk with restaurants. Rentals nearby for paddle boards, boat tours, etc. Nine mile bike ride to Fort Pickens.

Had a great stay in Pensacola. Accommodations were perfect. Location was great for the beach brawl. Access to the beach was limited from condo due to fencing Long walk to get to the beach.

Florida sun times

I am very familiar with this property, however I would host differently, lock box was not marked, code to front door was incorrect, high top table and chairs on a balcony 7 floors up, and no lock on the doors to balcony and I had a 3 and 5 year old!! Was NEVER TOLD ABOUT HOA FIGHT WITH OTHER PROPERTIES SO HAD NO DIRECT ACCESS TO BEACH! Really would it have hurt to put toilet paper, paper towels and hotel shampoo! I would have the pantry to store these simple items should a guest need them.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean with any amenity inside you could ever ask for. Easy access to the beach or pool. Grills set up in the place of the fire pit, just FYI. We would recommend this location.

Excellent Family Condo/ AMAZING VIEW!!

We had an Incredible family trip. The balcony view of the gulf is spectacular. Beautiful decor and everything you need is available. Feels like home. The sunsets at the pool overlooking the sound for a night of swimming were perfect. Many memories made, and we will be back for sure. Wonderful host. Easy contactless checkin and out. Thanks so much.
