Gorgeous home in Vitorchiano VT

Ancient country house on three levels, set amidst the green hills in the heart of Tuscia Romana, near a small Etruscan necropolis and about 2 km from the small village of Vitorchiano.



Your vacation home is situated on a hill surrounded by lawns, an orchard and olive grove. Its garden is completely fenced and the beautiful pool has a separate children's pool (4x4 m, max depth 1.20 m). On request you can visit an Etruscan burial site. In the house you will find a living room with piano, a library with access to the garden, a dining room with access to the garden (arbor with stone table and thatched roof); arbor with large table and barbecue at the back of the house, ideal for outdoor dining. On the second floor, a suite consists of two interconnecting rooms, one with a double bed, the second with a triple.



Access to the property with automatic gate. On request and payment on site: possibility of wellness treatments on site, preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner, cooking classes and guided excursions (thematic areas: archaeology, thermal baths, culture, oenogastronomy etc...). Possibility to buy wine and olive oil of own production. Comfortable furnishings.



At 1 km riding school, at 2 km the medieval hamlet of Vitorchiano (stores of all kinds) with intact 14th century walls and view of a deep gorge. Quiet position, ideal for excursions to Orvieto 40 km, Viterbo 7 km, Rome 70 km, Tuscania 25 km, Tarquinia 32 km and Norchia 18 km, rich in Etruscan remains and tombs. Within 25 km are the volcanic lakes of Vico, Bolsena and Bracciano.



On request and for a fee it is possible to put 7 extra beds (single sofa bed).
