Wild Pines is a wonderful choice for your next stay in Bonita Springs, offering such conveniences as a private shuttle to the beach a few miles away! Spend your evenings relaxing on the large wrap-around lanai, which is covered and screened for your comfort, or take a break from the balmy Florida weather in the air-conditioned living space. This condo comes with a full kitchen as well, allowing you to prepare your homemade favorites after a day on the sand.

This condo is located five miles inland of Bonita Beach, which is easily reached via the private shuttle. You'll also be within walking distance of miles of trails and bike paths. Take advantage of the close proximity to the water by booking an excursion with one of the many local charters. The nearby Promenade features shopping, dining, and a seasonal farmers' market on Saturdays. And if you're looking to take a day trip, Barefoot Beach County Preserve is less than seven miles away, and Fort Myers Beach is only 16 miles northwest.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to the recently renovated Bonita Bay Private Beach Club. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Please know that the guest must register each person in their party on the rental agreement sent by the management company after booking. Please be sure to include the guest's email and name in your party to receive a shuttle pass via email.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not very clean, no air conditioning for 5 days, blinds in Master were on floor, Lanai was dirty, loc

Lock on sliding door was broke, window were filthy, toilet seat needed replaced, damp smell and Palmetto bugs everywhere and in kitchen cabinets. On a positive note, Chris and Jenna were very nice.

Wild Pines in the beautiful Bonita Bay

The neighborhood is extraordinary! Winding bike paths, beautiful golf courses, the friendliest swimming pool, bird sanctuaries, restaurants to suit every bodies tastes and budgets! Shopping at the Promenade, farmers market on Saturday. Tennis courts, bocce ball fun and pickle ball courts! And if you just need to relax with a book or nap in the sun…it is all there for you!

We liked our apartment and all that was included -bus to the private beach(better use it, as no much available parking for your own car) with all you need-umbrellas, chairs, bathroom and food area), 24/7 open swimming pool with hitted water and hot tub, area for barbecue, everything you may need in the appartment fully equipped kitchen, extra blanket, baby toys so on. Just one thing was confuse -comunications with the "owner"- who provided completely non relevant information about the appartment- no swimpool included, no beach staff available and so on, I think who ever replied have no idea about the appartment.

This is a nice condo. Not the Four Seasons. Arrival cleaning so so. The sofa could use some rubber feet to keep it from sliding away. Nice community, nice area. For a long stay we should of had weekly maid service. Owner has shown some love to it.

Great stay!

We chose to come to Bonita this year b/c this condo was Pet Friendly. It turns out there is the BEST dog park in Bonita right on the beach. Bonita Bay is very nice, the condo was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed and more. The complex pool was always a great ending to the day. We rented a boat almost every day and the waterways are absolutely beautiful!
